What we’re looking for:

Ten Toes – the 2021 Sport Industry Group Young Agency of the Year – is recruiting for an Account Manager to work with one or more of its clients to support them in building deeper relationships with their fans and stakeholders.

The successful applicant will work predominantly with sporting organisations (clubs, leagues and federations) and provide them with consultative and/or executional support through the development and implementation of best-in-class digital strategies and tactics.


Who we need:

We require an individual who will support the Strategic Consultancy Director in servicing our relationships with sporting organisations, to whom we provide a number of services from helping them solve ad-hoc strategic problems through to day-to-day management of their social channels. As such, we are looking for someone who has clear experience of planning, creating and distributing content for prominent brands – and ideally within the world of sport – but also someone with a demonstrable skill and appetite for solving strategic challenges and highlighting untapped opportunities.


Ultimately, we need someone who knows how to translate our clients’ business objectives into world-class content strategies and then bring them to life.


It goes without saying that successful applicant will need to be passionate, dedicated and sociable. This role will involve dealing with a range of stakeholders and, as such, communication will be key. The role holder will also need to be adept at presenting ideas and proposals to clients as well as to work within approval processes to ensure that outgoing content is fully-approved by the client.
